Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading real estate services firm, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions - Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet key performance indicators and targets set by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using chat software and customer relationship management systems - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
