Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team at Viacom. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through online chat, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet established KPIs and targets for customer service and sales

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and results-driven - Innovative thinker with strong analytical skills - Proficient in using web chat software and other related tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
