Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Owens Corning is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a part-time Associate level position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments. 4. Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer decisions. 4. Strategic planning abilities to effectively navigate customer interactions. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
