Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Judo Bank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and effectively communicate complex information to customers - Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations - Motivated and hardworking attitude with a focus on achieving success - Experience working in a high-energy environment with a focus on delivering impactful results
