Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and standards set by the company

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently - Excellent attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using web chat software and customer relationship management systems - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
