Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Seaboard is currently seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through web chat. 2. Building rapport with customers and ensuring their needs are met. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints. 4. Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Using chat software to efficiently manage multiple conversations at once. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Adaptable to changing circumstances and customer needs. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Soft skills such as cooperation and strategic planning. 7. Experience using web chat software is a plus.
