Lear is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals in Adelaide, South Australia, AU looking for a remote position. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide exceptional customer service - Answer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Strong decision-making skills and ability to negotiate with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency with web chat platforms - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
