JB Hi-Fi is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Web Chat Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online shopping experience - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Meet or exceed performance goals for response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking attitude - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Persuasion skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
