Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Costco, working remotely from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat to our valued members.

Responsibilities: - Respond to member inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist members with account inquiries, product information, order tracking, and other related issues - Resolve member complaints and issues with a focus on providing top-notch customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and helpful information to members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with members - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in computer use and web-based applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
