Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate information - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customer inquiries - Meet key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to customers - Experience working in a customer service or technical support role - Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and resilient attitude towards challenges - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
