Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Culture Amp is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide accurate and timely assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing web chat support best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
