Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via the web chat platform. 2. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers to assist them with their queries and concerns. 3. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Monitor and track customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 6. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for web chat communication.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 4. Excellent time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms.
