Oshkosh is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, creative, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and sales inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive online sales - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Creative thinker with leadership skills - Knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems - Availability to work part-time hours
