Job Description - Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Salesforce.com is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to diffuse challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism in all customer interactions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and feedback.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations. 6. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
