Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Nearmap is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a resourceful and hardworking attitude. The ideal candidate will also have strong soft skills in leadership and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through web chat with any inquiries or issues they may have - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve problems in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Work with the team to continuously improve processes and workflows

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of web technologies and applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
