Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate-level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be hardworking and motivated, with strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and escalations - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet key performance indicators related to response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Strong persuasion skills to provide solutions and retain customers - Excellent written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency with web chat software and other relevant tools - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
