Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Symantec is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Adelaide, South Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, and possess the personality traits of being independent and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and identify trends or issues that may need to be addressed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
