We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Deputy. This is a part-time remote position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, perfect for individuals looking to work from the comfort of their own home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer queries, and guide them through our products and services - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in our CRM system - Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and challenges - Strong persuasion skills to drive sales and upselling opportunities - Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions - Proficiency in written communication to engage with customers effectively through web chat - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM systems and web chat platforms
