Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: General Mills is seeking a part-time Support Manager to work remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. As an Associate Level Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our team members and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being reliable and adaptable.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to team members and customers - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer support tickets - Develop and maintain support documentation - Implement and maintain support processes and procedures - Monitor support metrics and KPIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Proven track record of providing excellent customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other support tools
