Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Support Manager to join our team at Whirlpool. This is a remote work position based in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Proven track record of managing a support team and meeting KPIs. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 6. Attention to detail and ability to think innovatively. 7. Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills.
