Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Representative to join our team at Travelers Cos. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Perth, Western Australia on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and escalate any priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus
