Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rio Tinto is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team based in Melbourne, Victoria. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support to clients, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
