Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a confident and motivated Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work flexibility in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires critical thinking and adaptability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members - Provide remote technical support for software and hardware systems - Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for helping others - Critical thinking skills to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
