Job Description: Kohl’s is seeking a motivated and independent Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer service - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent support across all channels - Update customer records and information accurately in the company database - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and with a team in a remote environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively - Must be motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Experience with remote work and customer support preferred
