Support Specialist - Remote Work

American Financial Group is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The Support Specialist will work at an Associate Level and should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients and colleagues, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Conduct training sessions for clients on new software or systems - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Reliable and confident personality - Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in a customer support role - Familiarity with financial systems or services is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
