Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Specialist to join our remote team at Costco in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex problems - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Providing product recommendations and information to customers - Assisting with product training and onboarding for new customers - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the customer support experience
Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility - No prior experience required - training will be provided - Must be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer support
