Support Specialist - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Support Specialist for remote work at PG&E Corp. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot issues related to software and hardware. 3. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations. 4. Create and maintain documentation for support processes. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Leadership and persuasion skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficient in relevant software applications. 8. Confidence and motivation to excel in a remote work environment.
