Arrow Electronics is seeking a driven and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve chat responses and customer experience - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software - Strong project management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
