Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Danaher, a global leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve chat processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle high-volume chat inquiries - Proficiency with web chat software and basic computer skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
