Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team remotely in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders - Monitor chat queues and respond to customer inquiries promptly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer relationship management systems - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
