Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at TJX. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a web chat manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat system and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the web chat system to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversions - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy - Train and mentor chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the web chat system - Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and streamline operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Driven and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience with web chat platforms and tools
