Job Description:
CenterPoint Energy is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will provide the opportunity to work from anywhere in Adelaide, South Australia. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online chat platform to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all web chat operations, including monitoring chat sessions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. - Train and mentor chat agents to enhance their performance and customer service skills. - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and innovations in web chat technology.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive the growth and success of the web chat platform. - Confident and energetic personality with a customer-focused mindset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. - Paid sick leave and retirement plan benefits offered.
