Job Description:
Sydney Airport Holdings is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, possess strong persuasion and project management skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to customers regarding airport services, facilities, and general information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Identify and escalate any issues or feedback from customers to relevant departments for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience working in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
