Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Loews is looking for a hardworking and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, however, you should have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet performance goals set by management. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Time management skills. 7.
