Fluor is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or communications. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online chat communications with customers, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find positive resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Present information clearly and effectively to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - 1 year of experience in customer service or communications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in using web chat platforms and communication tools - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
