Job Description

SOP Transition to Whale AI

Priority: High

Tasks:

•  Review and familiarize with the current SOPs stored in Google Drive.

•  Convert and format each SOP into Whale AI’s template, ensuring alignment with your company’s formatting and content standards.

•  Organize SOPs in Whale AI according to functional categories or departments for easy access and navigation.

Quality Control and Accuracy Checks

Priority: High

Tasks:

•  Perform regular checks to ensure that all information transferred retains its integrity and is error-free.

•  Update any SOPs with recent changes or corrections during the transition phase.

•  Maintain a log of all actions taken for transparency and review purposes.

Communication and Reporting

Priority: Medium

Tasks:

•  Provide daily updates on progress, including any challenges or discrepancies encountered.

•  Communicate effectively with team members to clarify SOP details or gather additional information as needed.

•  Prepare weekly reports summarizing accomplishments and outlining next steps.

Work on Social Media content for the office

Priority: Low

Tasks:

•  Develop and schedule daily posts across all your social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) based on the content calendar on later.com

•  Create engaging and relevant content that reflects the values and services of your dental practice, such as educational posts on dental health, behind-the-scenes looks at the office, and promotional offers.

•  Design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva to enhance post engagement

Must Haves

• Proficiency in Digital Tools
• Must be adept in using Whale AI for SOP management and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with Google Drive and basic photo editing and graphic design tools like Canva.
• Familiarity with using AI based software like ChatGPT. • Strong Writing and Communication Skills
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging social media posts and professional responses.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with online communities and in internal communications. • Organizational Skills
• Experience in managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. • Analytical Skills
•Competence in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Ability to interpret data and adjust social media strategies based on performance metrics. • Attention to Detail
•Strong focus on accuracy and detail, essential for transferring SOPs accurately into a new system.

Nice to Haves

•Experience in Healthcare or Dental Industry
• Understanding of dental or healthcare terminology and practices can enhance the relevance and accuracy of content related to your dental office. • Creative Skills
• Ability to create original graphics and video content that can make social media posts more engaging and visually appealing. • SEO and Digital Marketing Knowledge
• Understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing strategies can help in expanding the reach and effectiveness of social media efforts. • Customer Service Experience
• Prior experience in handling customer inquiries and managing online communities can be beneficial for engaging with patients and addressing their concerns on social media.

Home Office Requirements
