About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications for suitably experienced Associate Nurse Unit Managers to join our Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) team. This role leads the AOD team in their role of providing expertise, advice and support to clients with consideration of their medical health, mental health, social, cultural and spiritual needs. This part-time role provides leadership to the Residential and Non-Residential Withdrawal Services (WASS) whilst also having a collaborative relationship with other relevant service agencies.

What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and remaining customer focused at all times. Be a Registered Nurse with a Certificate IV or Post Graduate qualification in Alcohol or Other Drug Works; or a Registered Nurse with a minimum of four years post registration experience including three years' experience in a drug and alcohol setting. Demonstrated ability as a clinician and resource person with a strong knowledge in alcohol and other drugs assisting clients in residential and/or non-residential withdrawal services.
