Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, with the opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in the field of digital marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This includes creating engaging content for our website and social media channels, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns - Develop engaging content for website, social media, and email marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in managing website and social media analytics to track key performance indicators - Support the marketing team in various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Innovation and planning skills to develop creative marketing strategies - No previous work experience required, but a passion for digital marketing is a must
