Job Description - Digital Marketing For A Recreational Boating In Australia - Part-Time

Client Information

The Client is an online resource offering tips, tricks, and recommendations on all aspects of recreational boating.

Job Description

Digital Strategy:

• Devise and roll out digital marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing and business aims.

• Stay updated on industry shifts, new technologies, and digital marketing platform evolutions.

Campaign Management:

• Organise, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid ads).

• Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, making data-driven adjustments for improved success.

Content Creation:

• Supervise the production of enticing and persuasive digital content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone and message.

• Collaborate with the content team to create multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).

SEO and SEM:

• Formulate and execute SEO strategies to boost website visibility and search rankings.

• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to attract targeted traffic and drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, offering insights and strategies for improvement.

• Generate regular reports to highlight the impact of digital marketing efforts on achieving business goals.

Budget Management:

• Efficiently oversee digital marketing budgets, directing funds towards the most lucrative campaigns.

Must Haves

• At least a minimum of 3 years work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Creative and design ability skills
• An understanding of PDFs, eBooks, and similar formats
• A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and industry best practices
• Robust analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Nice to Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Home Office Requirements
