Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Dillard’s. This is a part-time remote position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, with the opportunity for growth and development within our company. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are energetic, driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and achieve desired results - Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Support the team in coordinating events, promotions, and other marketing activities - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Creativity and a passion for marketing - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
