Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Mattel in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and a passion for the toy industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Manage and update the company's social media profiles and engage with the online community - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for emails, websites, and social media - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing - Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. MailChimp) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
