Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website 2. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital channels 4. Manage online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimization 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field 2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Strong project management skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
