Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a passionate and independent Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for assisting with various digital marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals - Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics - Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmenting lists, creating email templates, and tracking campaign success - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize user experience and conversion rates - Support the creation of digital advertising campaigns across various channels - Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - People management skills and a cooperative attitude - Passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight
