Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and resilient Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and websites - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in the creation of content for digital platforms including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay up-to-date with best practices - Support the team in brainstorming and implementing new digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy - Provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically - Strong research skills
