Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, possess strong presentation skills, and be able to work cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build relationships and promote products - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Create and optimize online advertisements to target specific demographics and improve ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
