Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Barnes & Noble is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising - Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts - Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
