Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate level role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to create content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, emails, social media posts, and website content - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge and effective - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Manage and track budgets for digital marketing initiatives - Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Independent and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
