Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at TJX in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness - Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels - Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and cooperation - Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising, SEO, and social media - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on people management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp
