Ramsay Health Care is seeking a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools - Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for social media platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Work with external agencies to execute marketing initiatives as needed - Negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors to maximize ROI - Drive innovation in digital marketing efforts to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies
