Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Visteon, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing the flexibility to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital channels, such as websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights - Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Reliable and resilient personality, able to adapt to changing priorities and challenges - No prior experience required, but a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital marketing tools
